General conditions


You must keep a copy of the voucher you get after your reservation to our guide on the day of your visit. This voucher is valid in respect of receipt of payment.

The cancellation of the booking, once confirmed, will cost you:

  • The amounts paid in tickets and manage them, will not be returned under any circumstances.
  • Cancellations more than 72 hours before the time of service, will involve a charge of € 8 handling charge.
  • Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before departure will be charged 40% of the service.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure or failure to submit the service, they will be charged 100% of the service.
  • Cancellations and changes in reservations must be requested writing in your client area.

In case the organizing company is forced to suspend this service, it will proceed immediately to the refund of the charged amounts and it will offer the costumers alternative dates available. No compensation shall be paid.

As provided for in Article 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January, of the Retail Trade we inform you that our products, given their special nature, are not subject to Right of withdrawal.

By enrolling in our visits, you fully accept the terms and the content published on this website, which are its commitment to us and ours with you.

The information contained in this website, such as itineraries, schedules, are certain at the time of publication of this website, any alteration or change occurred since its publication, inaccuracy or variation can not be regarded as misleading advertising of the organizing company.

In case of any change occur in one visit, it shall be informed at the time of booking or at the beginning of the service, being valid and definitive information is provided by the guide at the beginning of the visit. Any of the places specified in the development of each of the visits, may be replaced by another of similar category or characteristics, whether special or force majeure circumstances force us to it.

Abandonment or separation of the group during the visit, not to causes attributable to the Organization, means the loss of any right to claim.

In regular visits, if there was the possibility to make a group in a single language, sometimes the visit could take place in two languages.

Please note that visitors requiring transport, could be delayed a few minutes due to traffic.

This company and its partner companies are not responsible in case any delay takes place at the entrance of the monuments to visit, either by the internal organization and / or management of the monument.

According to our privacy policy, depending on the contracted service, your personal data and those of your credit card they can be transferred to other collaborating companies.

If you hire us rental service audio systems Transceivers (bookyouraudio), in case of loss of any of the equipment, you must pay 45 € for each receiver and € 5 per handset.
